Carter Manning

Biography
Carter Manning holds a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. Mr. Manning earned his FAA Aircraft Mechanic license in 1993 at San Diego Miramar College and found employment with El Cajon Flying Service in El Cajon, California. After working as an aircraft mechanic for a few years, Mr. Manning changed careers and began working for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Special Agent. After 26 years, Mr. Manning retired from the DEA and has been working as an aviation maintenance instructor at Liberty University’s School of Aeronautics since April of 2023.
