Psychology Study Abroad Trips

Studying abroad provides you with experience and practical learning to further develop your degree. Each trip will bring you to a new cultural atmosphere while also helping you to engage with a particular psychology topic within the culture. Trips are designed to allow some time for cultural engagement, academic learning, and sightseeing.

Some key particulars about these opportunities:

  • Study Abroad trips count towards the degree program. Depending on the topic, the course may count for a 3 credit internship or another 3 credit class within the psychology major.
  • Trips costs are in addition to tuition but will cover most in-country experiences. There is the occasional souvenir that you will want to pick up.
  • Applications are required and reviewed.
  • There is some pre-work and post-work for trips to encourage team development and topic awareness.
