At Liberty University, the IT HelpDesk is here to make your technology experience as smooth as possible. Whether you’re a student or an employee, our team is ready to provide support with setting up your devices, resolving software issues, and account recovery. We also provide free hardware repairs for Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple devices, that are under manufacturer warranty and approved for HelpDesk service. Please note that we do not perform hardware repairs on iPhones. If your device isn’t eligible, we’ll guide you toward alternative support options to make sure you still get the help you need. From quick fixes to hands-on help, we’re here to keep you connected and focused.
