Liberty University offers a variety of resources and support services to help you succeed academically, spiritually, personally, and professionally. Explore these resources as you navigate your journey as an online student.
Student Support
Online Student Life – Connect with your online community! Come to an event, join a club, sign up for a book study or video study, attend a virtual workshop, listen to the OnLife Podcast, or get connected through Champion Connect.
Pastoral Care – Connect with Liberty’s Online Pastoral Care team for prayer resources, mentoring support, and connections to helpful university resources.
Flames Pass – Enjoy the benefits of being a Liberty student wherever you go. You can use your Flames Pass to access campus resources, check out library materials, attend athletic events, and receive student discounts. Request your physical Flames Pass online.
College of Applied Science and Academic Success (CASAS) – CASAS provides academic support and career resources to help online students succeed in their studies and prepare for future careers.
Career Center – Provides valuable career development opportunities for online students and alumni.
Center for Student Thriving – Go from surviving to thriving! The Center for Student Thriving supports Liberty University Online students through biblically based Thrive Coaching, personal growth workshops, and engagement opportunities.
Office of Military Affairs – Specialized support to help online military students, veterans, and their spouses achieve their goals.
Student Advocate Office – Provides online students with advocates and other resources to help them overcome obstacles and complete courses.
Academic Support
Jerry Falwell Library – Find the tools you need for academic success through the Jerry Falwell Library. Access research materials and library services, connect with a librarian through virtual chat, or schedule a research consultation for personalized support.
LOGOS – Looking for tools to support your academic and spiritual growth? Liberty University provides students with access to Logos Bible Software, a digital platform designed to enhance Bible study and academic research.
Online Writing Center – Submit writing assignments for feedback and receive assistance from trained tutors. Access writing guides, tutorials, and other resources designed to help strengthen your academic writing skills.
Tutor.com – Free, 24/7 one-on-one tutoring to help you succeed in your courses.
Information Technology – Technical support and assistance for Liberty email, Canvas, MyLU, Microsoft 365, account access, and other technology services.
Office of Disability Accommodation Support – Works with students and faculty to provide reasonable accommodations to create equal program access for all students.
Visit Campus
Campus Visitor Guide – Explore your campus! Take a campus tour, study in the library, check out the Champion Center, take in the views from Freedom Tower, shop in the bookstore, or cheer on the Flames at a sporting event!
Parking on Campus – Request a visitor parking pass and check out the campus parking map to prepare for your campus visit.
Bookstore – Shop online or visit the bookstore on campus for Liberty apparel, textbooks, and course materials. Show your Flames spirit wherever you go.
Convocation – Join your Liberty community by watching Convocation online or attending in person, Wednesday & Friday at 10:30 a.m. EST in the Vines Center. Join the world’s largest gathering of Christian students.
