Biography
Ms. Rebecca Stegall is a music educator who is passionate about the integration of excellence in music and true, God-honoring worship. She currently serves full time on the Worship Staff at First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to this, Ms. Stegall served in multiple capacities on staff and residential adjunct at the Liberty University School of Music and has served in two ministry positions at churches in Texas and North Carolina.
Ms. Stegall’s academic studies include a B.S. in Worship Studies (concentration in Worship Leadership) and a M.A. in Music Education, both from Liberty University. While in her masters studies, her concentrations were instrumental and vocal conducting, the history of film score and American music (her research thesis), and worship band coaching and development. She has served as the Internship Coordinator residentially and is now excited to do so online.
In her current ministry, Ms. Stegall has the privilege of serving God and the people of her sweet church through leading in worship, directing the student choir, and assisting in the daily worship ministry of FBC.
