Research Week is a multidisciplinary annual event sponsored by the Jerry Falwell Library. It is designed to highlight excellent research and scholarship produced by Liberty University students.

Participate

Research Week is open to all current residential and online students. Important dates and deadlines for Research Week 2026 will be posted here at the beginning of the academic year.

April 20, 2026: Research Week begins.

          April 23, 2026: Research Week ends.

May 6, 2025: Research Week Awards Ceremony

You can participate by reviewing the abstract submission guidelines and then submitting your proposal, during the submission time period, using the link below.

Win Awards

In addition to the prestige and resume-building benefits of participating in Research Week, students will have an opportunity to win awards. Awards will be given for the top three undergraduate and top three graduate presentations in each research category/subtype.

  • First Place—$250
  • Second Place—$100
  • Third Place—$50
