Purpose
The purpose of the Liberty University School of Nursing Advisory Board is to work in collaboration with community leaders to provide LUSON leadership with insight and experience. The Board meets twice a year.
Function
The School of Nursing Advisory Board aids in propelling LUSON towards its goal in accordance with the missions of the University and to prepare nursing leaders, nurse educators, and advanced practice nurses to transform the nursing profession through character development, leadership, and scholarship. Grounded in Biblical values, LUSON equips students to focus on the care of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
