Liberty University School of Law is excited to offer a free seminar entitled “The U.S. Constitution and the American Rule of Law” on Tuesday, October 26. This event is cosponsored by the Lynchburg Regional Chamber of Commerce and will commence at 6:30 P.M. in the law school’s Supreme Courtroom.
Liberty Law speakers and topics include the following:
· Mathew Staver, Dean of Liberty University School of Law and Founder of Liberty Counsel– “The U.S. Constitution and the New Federal Healthcare Law: Its Impact on Business and Personal Choice” and “Rediscovering the Constitution and the Rule of Law.”
· Jeffrey Tuomala, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law–
“The Commerce Clause: What Does Washington Have to Do with the Commonwealth?”
· Rodney Chrisman, Associate Professor of Law– “The Commerce Clause and the Growth of the Regulatory State”
