Liberty Law Professor Timothy M. Todd has been selected as an inaugural editorial board member for a new publication of the ABA Business Law Section’s Taxation Committee.
While the details of the publication are still being finalized, Professor Todd said that “it will be used to educate tax and business lawyers all over the country on developments and issues that affect business taxation and other tax-related issues.”
“We are expecting it to be a quarterly publication with various articles of interest that appeal to the seasoned tax lawyer and the general business lawyer.”
Professor Todd, who is both a lawyer and certified public accountant, teaches taxation and transactional law courses at Liberty University School of Law.
“I’m excited to work with the other members of the editorial board, who come from the finest law and accounting firms in the country,” he added. “We expect the first issue to be out later this fall.”
