Liberty Hosts TeenPact Judicial Program Third Year in a Row

Liberty University School of Law is pleased to welcome TeenPact Judicial Program for the third consecutive year in a row. TeenPact Judicial is an intense, weeklong program, which instructs highly motivated and intelligent students interested in the study of law.

Liberty law professors and Liberty Counsel attorneys teach the weeklong program through a variety of interactive activities and courses such as Criminal Law, Foundations of Law, Property, Contracts, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Torts, and Oral Advocacy.  This year students will also have a chance to learn about the intricacies of legal writing.  Near the end of the week students compete in a moot court competition where they argue a case before a panel of judges.  This summer will mark TeenPact Judicial’s 13th year in training the next generation of Christian leaders.  

“We are pleased to welcome TeenPact Judicial back to Liberty University School of Law.  Like Liberty, TeenPact trains young leaders to engage the culture and make a difference in the fields of law and government.  To strengthen this partnership, we are pleased to offer “The New Generation – TeenPact Scholarship,” stated Mathew D. Staver, Founder of Liberty Counsel and Dean of Liberty University School of Law.

The scholarship is awarded annually to select students who successfully complete the TeenPact Judicial program, as well as meet the full admissions standards: a competitive Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) score, achievement of the requisite Grade Point Average (GPA), and full articulation of their vision and sense of calling for studying law.
 
“My passion is to train a new generation of leaders in the rule of law from a Christian perspective to use law as a fulcrum for good. The students who are trained at TeenPact are energetic, bright, and eager to become world changers,” concluded Staver.

This year’s TeenPact Judicial Program will commence June 13 – 19.
