Dean Staver and Dr. Mantilla to Address Peruvian Leaders, Academics

Dean Mathew Staver and Dr. Yuri Mantilla have been invited to address the Peruvian Parliament in Lima, Peru on Thursday, Nov. 7. They will be speaking on the rule of law, the Western legal tradition and natural law.

Wednesday’s Lima newspaper featured Dean Staver and Dr. Mantilla on the front page.

In addition to Parliament, they will meet with leading academic institutions and their leaders, along with political leaders. They will discuss the future LLM and JM programs and the Liberty Center for International Law and Diplomacy. This Center will work with international governments.
