Vendor Participation Information

We are extremely excited about the 2019 IT Services Fair. If you have received an invite or are interested in participating, we invite you to complete a registration form where you will be able to tell us about yourself, how many from your team are attending, and what level of sponsorship your company would like to contribute to making this event a success. 

Below you will find details about the event and what is provided to you for participating.

Arrival & Set-Up

Please arrive at campus between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM to allow 30 – 40 minutes for set-up and transportation of your table items to the event space.

All tables must be set-up no later than 9:45 AM.

Dress Attire

We request that all vendors and staff wear business casual / jeans. This event is open to the entire LU Community and will provide you the opportunity to interact with students, faculty, and staff from across the university.

Parking

After you have visited the Loading/Unloading Zone, make your way to the Speakman Lot to park. You may reference where the Speakman Lot is with the link below. Look for the orange cones and an IT Staff member who will give you a parking pass with directions to DeMoss.

Loading Zone

We recognize that all vendors will have things to transport. With our new location, you can park outside to unload your stuff and shuttle it up to our service elevator to the Montview Student Union, Alumni Ballroom. After, you can park your car!

Tables & Layout

All participating vendors will be provided an 8-foot table, a power outlet, a tablecloth (if needed), and internet access.

Food

All vendors and event staff will be provided a light breakfast (TBD) and lunch options will be available at the fair. 

Sponsorships

All vendors are invited to sponsor the IT Services Fair. Sponsoring vendors will receive perks for their donation. This is a great opportunity to further your brand recognition.

Sponsorships provide all vendors an opportunity to contribute towards prizes, refreshments, and additional event needs. By sponsoring, there are a variety of “perks” for contributions. Review the listing below to see all contribution opportunities. (please note, you do not have to contribute to participate in the event.)
