What Arts & Sciences Alumni are Saying

Colby | Interdisciplinary Studies

Interdisciplinary Studies is such a unique degree that a lot of other universities don't offer. The flexibility of being able to do my own thing was what I really valued within Interdisciplinary Studies.

Morgan | Family & Consumer Sciences

All the professors in this department are great. Since we are a small department, they really get to know the students, and they all have experience in their field. They remember all of their student's names and enjoy getting involved in their lives.

Stephanie | History

It was a lot of fun to work with the new public history initiatives launched by Liberty’s history department. It’s a great opportunity for students to get hands-on experience because historical archeology is something that you have to do. It’s hard to learn it just by being in a classroom, so the investment by Liberty has been great for students.

Mai Chi | Modern Languages

I’m so thankful for the support of my professors and the faculty. This whole experience has been a great motivator for me to continue my studies in Chinese and pursue my love for languages.
