Links to all electronic subscriptions are available from the Research Databases webpage. Most subscriptions do not require any password; you will be automatically logged in to the subscription when you click on the link from within the law school. When accessing subscriptions from off-campus you will be asked for your Liberty University username and password. Once entered, you will have the same access as if you were on campus.
Law faculty may check out any item from the law library, including reference and reserve materials. Faculty research assistants may check out items on behalf of the faculty member for whom they work. The general borrowing period for law faculty is one semester, but arrangements can be made for a longer period if necessary. Please coordinate borrowing issues with the Associate Librarian for Access Emerging Technologies.

This is far from a comprehensive list. Feel free to stop in the library and browse our many periodicals and newspapers.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
Library materials and copies of journal articles not available in Ehrhorn Law Library may be requested through interlibrary loan (ILL). Interlibrary loan is managed through our circulation department. Requested materials will be available within four days to two weeks. Requests to borrow can be submitted to the Circulation Desk Supervisor.
Law faculty may place books, chapters, articles, or sample examinations on reserve. Course Reserve offers controlled, ready access to your course materials. Faculty members are encouraged to place their material on reserve as early before the beginning of the semester as possible. All personal materials are returned to the faculty member at the end of the semester. Items will be removed from reserve at the end of the designated semester unless other instructions are provided.
Faculty members play an essential role as subject specialists and are encouraged to recommend new titles and other materials for library purchase. Purchase requests can be sent to the Associate Librarian for Collection Management.
