Liberty University’s employee wellness program is designed to help you prioritize your health and support your overall well‑being. The Live Well Liberty employee wellness program gives you the flexibility to choose how you engage – whether that’s focusing on physical health, building healthy habits, or exploring resources across other areas of wellness.

Join us for the Employee Wellness Fair, a two-day event designed to help you discover simple, practical ways to support your overall well-being. Stop by to connect with wellness vendors, explore resources available to you as a Liberty employee, hear from engaging speakers, and find new ways to invest in your health.
Whether you’re looking to focus on your physical health, reduce stress, strengthen your financial wellness, or simply learn more about the resources available to you, there will be something for everyone.
Come for a few minutes or stay awhile. Build your visit around the topics that matter most to you and stop by whenever your schedule allows.

Attend Speaker Sessions
Attend one or more Wellness Speaker Sessions to earn $25 wellness dollars per day! Each speaker session is a 15-20 minute talk designed to equip you with practical takeaways for your every day life.

The WellRight Platform
Liberty’s WellRight Platform is the one-stop shop for wellness incentive submissions, wellness challenges, and helpful wellness content. The resources below will help with getting set up with WellRight.
Wellness Incentives
Eligible employees and their spouses can each earn up to $500 in wellness incentive dollars. Get started and earn your first $50 by completing an initial health risk assessment within the WellRight Platform. Once you have completed your health risk assessment, you will be able to view the rest of your wellness incentive opportunities within the WellRight platform.
Wellness activities include:
- Health Risk Assessment: $50
- Annual Physical: $100
- Annual Preventive Screenings: Up to $100
- Wellright App Activities: $25 for each activity, up to $250 total
- Total Rewards: $500 for employees and $500 for their spouse*
*Please note: Employees and spouses must be enrolled in a Liberty University medical plan to be eligible.

2026 Division Dash Competition
Since Live Well Liberty went live on July 1, thousands of employees have jumped into wellness challenges, taken advantage of new resources, and helped their divisions gain ground in the Live Well Liberty Division Dash.
