The School of Education through Liberty University Online offers several programs at the post-graduate level. The Education Specialist program prepares candidates to be competent, effective leaders with a Christian worldview who will model high standards and assume a leadership role in the field of education.

This is a non-licensure program.

  • Capstone: EDUC 798
    • This course must be taken in the final semester. EDUC 798 is not transferable into the Ed.D. program.
  • 3.0 GPA

Framework and Dispositions

The purpose of the School of Education is to develop Christ-centered educators and leaders through rigorous, biblically-based instruction and practical training.

The faculty of the School of Education has delineated the dispositions that must be observable in each candidate of our programs at all levels:
