Matthew is a Liberty University Alumnus with over 20 years of experience within corporate America across operations, banking, finance, and client services, working with large organizations building high performing teams, improve processes, and delivering impactful, meaningful results. Matthew believes that he has been called to serve and invest into the growth and development of others. This passion has led him to his career as a Career Coach II, where he is committed to helping students not only identify their God-given strengths, but also discover where God is calling them to be. He is committed to helping students build confidence to step into their purpose with intention.
