Experience Events
Experience Events are two-day, highly immersive events with one employer embedded into their target-school, designed to maximize connections between the employer, faculty, and students. Over the course of two days, the employer will conduct meetings with their target-school Dean and faculty members, give classroom presentations, host a casual meet-and-greet luncheon to engage with students, host an Info Session to give a deep-dive recruiting pitch and discuss their hiring needs and job opportunities, and conduct On-Campus Interviews.
Info Sessions
Info Sessions provide employers the opportunity to give students a deep-dive recruiting pitch and share all about their organization, hiring needs, job opportunities, recruiting cycle, application and interview processes, and ideal candidates. These sessions provide students personal connections and tangible insights into employers looking to recruit on-campus and the job opportunities they are recruiting for.
Employer On-Site (EOS)
Available year-round, conducting an EOS is the most simplistic and low-cost avenue for employers to build brand awareness and recruit the general student populous. Employers are provided a table in a high-traffic area on-campus where they are able to engage with students passing by and share more information about the career opportunities that exist at their organization.
On-Campus Interviews
Employers interested in conducting On-Campus Interviews are able to request an Interview Schedule via Handshake. Career Services will support employers with building and marketing this schedule and its associated job opportunities to faculty, students, and alumni. Employers will be provided with a private room or rooms on-campus in order to conduct these interviews in a professional setting. Interviews can be conducted in association with other Employer Events, or in an isolated manner. Interview Schedules may also be conducted virtually.
