Handshake is a great place to get started since the employers are looking for LU students and grads! It also allows you to chat with students who have worked or interned with specific employers so you can gain insight into a role or company. 

Tailoring application documents demonstrates your interest in the specific position and allows you to highlight relevant skills and experiences that specifically align with the job requirements and company culture.

Network at a career fair to boost your job search efforts.  You can learn about new employers you never heard of, expand your knowledge about different job titles, and learn what employers are looking for in job applications.  Liberty has 14+ job fairs each year that are focused on different industries.  Check out all the fairs that may be in a field you may want to pursue!
