Biography

Professor Jessica Pantana brings over 10 years of experience in hospitality management, higher education, and student development to her role at Liberty University. Having served in various leadership positions, from managing hotel operations and fitness clubs to supporting faculty and mentoring students in the School of Business, she thrives at the intersection of people, process, and purpose. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to student success and a passion for creating environments where others feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.

Professor Pantana holds a B.S. in Communication Studies and an M.B.A. in Tourism Management from Liberty University. She combines her real-world industry experience with her heart for service to help equip the next generation of hospitality leaders. Outside the classroom, she enjoys encouraging students, coordinating events, and spending quality time with her family. She believes that joy and excellence are not mutually exclusive, and she strives to bring both into every space she leads.
