Biography
Dr. Alexander Averin earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. His dissertation focused specifically on the exploration of the relationship between employees’ perception of spiritual leadership and their commitment to stay with their organizations. Dr. Averin’s scholarly work includes research in the areas of leadership in multi-cultural environments, as well as speaking presentations at various conferences on the topics of multi-cultural leadership and employee retention. His academic and professional experience in organizational leadership and management encompasses a broad array of over 18 years of service in the non-profit administration, which includes positions of the Chief Financial Officer, Head of School, Director, Treasurer, as well as a faculty member at various colleges.
