Biography

Stacy R. Cannon serves as a full-time Associate Professor at Liberty University and is the Program Director for Graphic Design Programs. She began her career in Graphic Design and has specialized in this area with a focus on Print and Illustration. She has since worked in Advertising Operations, Freelance Design, and Co-owned and operated Old Fashioned Clothing Company.  After several years, Professor Cannon transitioned into Graphic Design education and departmental leadership roles.

Stacy has taught design workshops, assisted with curriculum development for both the B.F.A. and M.F.A. degrees, and now serves in multiple administrative capacities ranging from LUO Program Liaison to Assessment Coordinator for SADA. Additionally, she has presented at several conferences on topics related to design pedagogy including the AIGA Design Educators Conference in Summer 2016 at Bowling Green State University.
