Pre-Medical Honor Society Requirements
Admission to the honor society
- Science GPA > 3.30; GPA > 3.5 overall
- Signatures of recommendation from three faculty members (at least two science faculty)
- A one-page personal statement on why you are interested in the medical field
- Applicants must have sophomore class status or higher
Maintaining membership
- Attendance at twice-monthly society meetings (two absences allowed per semester)
- Participation in two service events per year
- Submit annual GPA verification
- $20 Annual dues
Pre-medical club
- Open to anyone interested in medical professions
- Attend meetings & learn from speakers
- No GPA requirement
- No Annual dues
