LU Network - Job Posting Database

LU Network is a job database that allows employers and job seekers to connect. Employers can post positions and search for potential candidates by reviewing resumes directly on the website.

Whether you need an intern, entry level or a person that has years of experience – whether you have a need in the Lynchburg area, across the country, or all over the world – whether you have one position or a hundred, we have Liberty men and women that will meet your criteria and be where you need them.

Join LUNETWORK.  Over 14,000 students & alumni are looking for your openings!

On Campus Recruiting

On campus recruiting is a great way to outreach to Liberty students and alumni and meet potential future interns and employees. Your company/organization has the unique opportunity to meet, interview,  and you get to choose what dates and times best fit your schedule. We have had numerous businesses, organizations, and camps utilize this service with great results.

The Logistics

An 8ft table, chairs and tablecloth will be provided. Your parking pass needs to be picked up at the Visitor’s Center, and you will be able to park in front of DeMoss Hall. You can contact the Visitor’s Center at (434)582-2064 to find out other available parking areas. You may also request private interviewing rooms.

You will be contacted between 24-48 hours to confirm your reserved table. This is a free service.

Information Sessions

One of the most valuable ways recruiters find applicants for their positions is through the use of information sessions.  These classroom presentations must be scheduled at least a month in advance so that the Career Center can market them appropriately to Liberty's student body.  The Career Center will set your organization up with a classroom after school hours and you will have the chance to teach the students about your organization and hiring processes.

We tell the students to treat this like they would an interview.  They will have resumes available and will be dressed to impress.  While we do not charge for this event, we do ask that you provide food and drinks to the students who RSVP.

Major-Specific Career Fairs

Over the past few years, the Career Center has completely revamped the Career Fair process here at Liberty. We went from having a couple large, multi-disciplinary Career Fairs each year to having around 14 major-specific Career Fairs each year.

The results of this change have been incredible. Instead of coming to a Career Fair where you will see students of every major, you can now come and speak to students in the specific majors in which you are looking to hire. We have had major-specific events for our Engineering, Business, Communications, Health, Government, Religion, and Counseling programs in the last year alone!
