Write for the Journal and cover relevant topics that impact today’s culture like immigration, marriage and the family, and gun control.
The Journal organization consists of faculty advisors, editorial board, senior staff, and junior staff.
Student positions within the Editorial Board include the Editor-in-Chief who is the primary representative to student writers, the public, Liberty University, and Liberty University School of Law. Other staff positions include the following:

Benefits of Staff Involvement
Get hands-on training in the skills of legal research, writing, and editing. Your involvement in the Journal’s publication will also help develop your skill sets in several other areas:
- Organization and execution of workload
- Budget development
Policies and procedures are also developed by student staff members for further Journal success and growth.
- Junior Staff applicants may be asked to provide writing samples.
- Editorial Board staff must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.2 or above.
- Prior publication-oriented work experience may be considered.
