Biography
Hannah Bowie, a top-rated personal injury attorney at Osterbind Law, PLLC, began her career in the mortgage industry, starting as a receptionist and quickly making her way up the ranks to her ultimate position as a loan officer. But then the economy crashed in 2008, just as Bowie suffered a devastating personal loss. Together, those experiences caused her to rethink her life, leading her to the realization that she felt called to the practice of law. She enrolled at Liberty University, where she obtained both her bachelor’s degree and her law degree.
Prof. Bowie felt immediately drawn to the strong culture and values of Osterbind Law and realized that this work would allow her to help people from all walks of life. She believes strongly that lawyers should be accessible to their clients and should come to know their clients as people rather than merely as cases.
She joined Liberty Law in 2025 and teaches lawyering skills.
