Biography
Donovan G. Newkirk received his Juris Doctor from Liberty University, and he received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He is currently serving as an Assistant Chief Counsel for the United States Department of Homeland Security, and he is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
He previously worked as a Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in Washington, D.C., and he is a former Scholars Intern of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, where he served in the Office of Commissioner Hester M. Peirce. He resides in Lynchburg, Virginia, with his wife and children.
