Area of Study in Intellectual Property
To receive an Area of Study in Intellectual Property, a student must complete the following courses with a grade of B− or higher for the graded courses and a grade of Pass for both clinic courses.
To earn your Area of Study in Tax Law, you must complete these required courses:
- Intellectual Property
- Trademark Law and Practice
- Intellectual Property Clinic I
- Intellectual Property Clinic II
An audited course cannot be used to satisfy an area of study requirement.
