    • First Commonwealth’s Attorney to successfully argue scientific reliability/admissibility of RIAH hair screen analysis, resulting in statewide use by prosecutors and probation officers

    • Established Appomattox County Multidisciplinary Team to provide a coordinated community response to the maltreatment of children by integrating therapeutic interventions
