OMEGA (Outcomes Management for Evaluation, Governance, and Alignment) is designed to manage the evaluation, governance, and alignment of academic outcomes. It serves as the central platform for tracking validated alignments between Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) and Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), and facilitates change requests through structured workflows. OMEGA empowers Colleges and Schools with program and course specific data, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures institutional consistency in curriculum development and review.


CLO-CR

The Course Learning Outcomes Change Request (CLO-CR) allows faculty and academic leadership to propose, review, and approve changes to course learning outcomes through a structured, multi-phase workflow. This process ensures that CLO changes are academically sound, operationally feasible, and aligned with institutional goals.
