Biography
Dr. Kelly Lumpkin serves as an Athletic Training professor at Liberty University. She began her career as an educator in athletic training in 1998 and has specialized in research areas of therapeutic interventions such as lasers and manual therapy. She has worked clinically as an athletic trainer and served as a collegiate head athletic trainer.
Dr. Lumpkin has also done part-time work at the high school and middle school with an additional 10 years of medical mission’s service. After many years as the program director at Lee University, Kelly has transitioned into full-time teaching and research.
