Biography
Justin Kilian is an Associate Professor of Exercise Science. He is the Director of both the Functional Assessment Lab and the Minor in Strength and Conditioning. He has been integral in strength and conditioning curriculum development since being hired. Justin comes to Liberty after working in both gym and hospital settings. Outside the classroom, he enjoys coaching athletes as a strength and conditioning and goalie coach for Liberty Men’s Lacrosse and a volunteer goalie coach for Women’s Lacrosse. He is also involved with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as an exam preparation instructor for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential.
