Biography
Jon Kilian comes to the academic side of health and fitness after practicing full-time as a Physical Therapist and Clinic Manager in Virginia with populations ranging from post-operative to high-level NCAA athletes. He is involved with attendance and presentations for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), has publications through various online and fitness journal entities, and enjoys disseminating information bridging the gap between rehabilitation, fitness, and performance. Dr. Kilian currently teaches at both the undergraduate and Master’s levels of the Exercise Science education.
