Biography
Dr. Jon House serves as an Assistant Professor at Liberty University. His career has focused on education in pre-k through higher education, specializing in pedagogy (teaching skills) and health. He began his career in k-12 health and physical education, coaching and athletic directing. He then moved into junior/senior high administration as a principal for 6 years. This was followed by 18 years as a professor teaching in higher education (LU) with a focus on teacher skill development.
Dr. House enjoys developing future teachers who can impact lives in their classrooms and promoting a philosophy that fitness can be fun and beneficial.
