First Aid / CPR Certification Requirements

• Students must receive certification in adult, child, and infant CPR
• Students must receive First Aid certification
• Both certification cards must be up to date at the time they are submitted
• Submit certification cards to the PHED program director

* The certification may be issued by a variety of agencies such as American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, or the student must take HLTH 205.
