Biography
Dr. Esther Alcindor serves as a full-time faculty member at Liberty University and is the Chair of Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She began her career as an elementary school teacher, later becoming a secondary educator and specializing in this area with a focus on mathematics. After many years of teaching in the K-12 setting, Dr. Alcindor transitioned to higher education, where she enjoys developing teacher candidates who are preparing to enter the teaching profession.
