Legacy Ambassador Program
What is the Legacy Ambassador Program? A community of student leaders committed to helping other students in need by creating a culture of generosity, compassion, and support among the student community.
As an Ambassador, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to inspire your peers. Whether it’s sharing with student leadership, leading discussions during classes, or championing impactful programs during hall meetings, you’ll be a beacon of positive change.
This Semester’s Focus: We’re rallying behind two incredible causes: the LU Shepherd Benevolence Fund and the Commuter Food Pantry. Let’s make a difference together!
Commuter Food Pantry
Help out your fellow students by donating food and necessities to the Commuter Food Pantry drive. Examples of items needed: soap, toilet paper, toothbrush (travel size), toothpaste (travel size), feminine hygiene, tide pods, peanut butter, jelly, rice, oatmeal, cereal, pasta, ramen, snacks, crackers, and other unopened/non-perishable items.
You may find drop-off locations at residence halls, the Commuter Lounge, or at Green Hall entrance.
LU Shepherd Benevolence Fund
There are students in need of financial assistance due to unfortunate circumstances. LU Shepherd oversees a benevolence fund and is sometimes able to come alongside and help these students with essential expenses.
Please consider lifting up your Liberty family in prayer and in donation through the LU Shepherd Benevolence Fund.
