Requesting Course Changes

Contact your Online Chair for information about how to make course changes or how to access the Curriculum Adjustment Tool (CAT).

Sub-Term Specific Deadlines for Course Changes:
Please Note: All work in the designated Term Effective Master (TEM) for a specific term must be completed and the CAT form returned to CAD by the dates listed below:

2024 Fall A/B/J: June 17, 2024
2024 Fall D: August 19, 2024

2025 Spring A/B/J: November 4, 2024
2025 Spring D: January 13, 2025

2025 Summer A/B/J: March 10, 2025
2025 Summer D: April 21, 2025

2025 Fall A/B/J: June 16, 2025
2025 Fall D: August 18, 2025

2026 Spring A/B/J: November 10, 2025
2026 Spring D: January 19, 2026

2026 Summer A/B/J: March 16, 2026
2026 Summer D: April 27, 2026
