Before stepping into her current role as Assistant Director, Temple served as the Employer Relations & Events Coordinator at Liberty University. In that role, she significantly expanded Career Services’ partnerships with nursing and healthcare organizations, expanding its national reach and attracting new employers to recruit Liberty students. Driven by a passion for connecting exceptional student talent with top-tier healthcare employers, Temple has since extended that commitment to support the entire Employer Relations Team.
Under her leadership, the Employer Relations Team has significantly expanded Liberty’s Career Fairs and recruitment events, creating more meaningful opportunities for students and employers to connect. Thanks to the dedication and innovative efforts of the team she leads, these initiatives have grown in both strategy and impact, broadening student-employer engagement across various industries.
