OSPR Funded Student Conferences
Student Conferences
OSPR supports a limited number of undergraduate students each academic year to present their research at one of the following three highly competitive, nationally recognized, conferences (should students choose to apply). These conferences are prioritized due to their prestige, selectivity, and alignment with undergraduate research excellence.
- Funding is limited to one of the three noted conference presentation per student per academic year. Students may apply to other conferences, but may only choose one of the three noted here.
- Please note: funding for these conferences is limited, and awards are made on a competitive basis.
Students are responsible for applying directly to the conference and working closely with their faculty sponsor throughout the application process. Once accepted, students must follow the standard Internal Awards process by submitting an application through Cayuse.
- Applicants will be required to upload official conference acceptance documentation as part of the Internal Award application.
- If a faculty sponsor has multiple students accepted under their supervision, the faculty member may submit a group application through Cayuse on the students’ behalf, at the faculty members discretion.
For any questions regarding your eligibility or Internal Awards, please see our FAQ Section on the Internal Funding Webpage. For all other questions, please reach out to grants@liberty.edu.
