Residential Exercise Science & Wellness – Fitness and Performance Program

Enhance your current or future career with an M.S. in Exercise Science & Wellness – Fitness and Performance from Liberty University. Study physiological and biomechanical aspects that are involved in strength training and conditioning. And prepare for a career as a strength and conditioning coach and/or sports performance specialist at the high school, collegiate, or professional sports level as well as in the private industry.

Learn from professors who are highly skilled in their disciplines, and who are grounded in their Christian faith. Residential students have access to the Human Performance Laboratory and the Human Motional Analysis Laboratory, as well as the Functional Movement Laboratories. All of the equipment in these labs is available to students in this program, including:
