Understanding Service Requests
In an emergency, contact LUPD at (434) 592-3911
The following departments do not use the Service Request Portal. Please use the links below to submit requests.
- For Badge, Key, or Door & Hardware requests, visit Access Control or submit your request
- For Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requests, email lusafety@liberty.edu or call (434) 582-3389
- For IT-related requests, chat the Helpdesk or submit your request
- For Signs and Signage, visit Print & Mailing services or email print@liberty.edu
- For ADA & ODAS related requests, please submit them through Beacon
A service request allows students, faculty, and staff to:
- Submit repair requests (clogged sink/toilet, Heating/Air Conditioning, Grounds, etc.)
- Track existing requests
- Make new project requests (faculty/staff only)
A Service Request allows students, staff, and administrators to submit repair requests, make new project requests, and track existing requests.
