Textbook Change Deadlines
This deadlines page relates to requesting, adding, or changing textbooks and course materials, including Inclusive Access projects and other electronic resources.
ATTENTION: Temporary Form Downtime
To improve your experience, we will be updating the layout of our Course Material forms.
Submissions will be temporarily unavailable on the following dates:
- Residential Forms (RCMs): August 1-8
- Online Forms (OCMs): August 8-15
Please submit your form(s) after these dates. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we make improvements.

For online courses, please use the Course Materials (CM/eCM) form to process your request.
Please consult the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Training Course for the actions required once the Course Materials Form is submitted.
For residential courses, please contact your assigned Lead Faculty or School Leadership as they can initiate a change request through the Residential Course Materials (RCM) form.
