Biography

Dr. Ford has served as professor, administrator in a school of counseling and an university administrator. Stephanie developed the first Chi Sigma Iota International Honor Society Chapter for an online counseling program. She has expertise in andragogy at land-based, online, and hybrid universities. In addition to her work as a university professor and administrator She utilizes her training in diversity, equity, and inclusion to assist individuals and organizations achieve wellness. Her clinical counseling services have been provided in outpatient and inpatient hospital units, community organizations, private practice, as well as university health and counseling centers. Stephanie’s research areas include cultural humility, multiculturalism, major neurocognitive disorders, and supervision. Dr. Ford loves the Lord, is a student-centered counselor educator, as well as, servant leader to her students and colleagues.
