Biography
Dr. Johnson has worked in multiple clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient. Her clinical interests include depression, anxiety, trauma, spirituality, and heart rate variability training. Dr. Johnson holds professional memberships with the American Counseling Association, the International Association of Trauma Professionals, and the Licensed Professional Counselor Association of Georgia. She is the recipient of a 2015 ASERVIC Research Award for her doctoral dissertation titled, “Spirituality in Counselor Education: An Investigation of Trainees’ Spiritual Beliefs, Preparation, and Competence.”
