Biography
Dr. Waggoner is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC) in Virginia and West Virginia, approved supervisor in Virginia and West Virginia (APLS) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). He has several years’ experience in many populations and holds a Master of Science (MS) in Commercial Aviation. He received his PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and works as a supervisor at a private practice in VA and WV. He is President Elect of the WVCA and board member of VACES. His clinical experience and research interest includes specific focus on OCD, telehealth, sexuality and sexual issues, pornography use, spirituality, singles, and attraction. He lives with his wife and four children and enjoys tending to their small patch of West Virginia mountains.
