Residential Minor in Studio Art

Express your creativity with a minor in studio art. Through our program, you can focus your studies in drawing, painting, sculpting, or photography and hone your abilities as you learn from our award-winning professors.

Our studio arts minor enhances any degree program and equips you with the skills to pursue work in the field.

Learn How to:

  • Practice drawing fundamentals including gesture line, contour line, positive and negative space
  • Develop a personal creative style in painting systems
  • Create sculpture in a variety of media
  • Skillfully operate a digital single-lens reflex camera
