Executive Vice President for Human Resources

The executive vice president has the responsibility for the oversight of all facets of the Human Resource Management Division, including employee recruiting, employee policies, procedures and compliance, payroll, workforce planning, and employee relations for the entire university workforce. This position is also responsible for other operational departments; specifically, the Development Department, Field Operations, Safety, and the LU Police Department. In addition, the executive vice president is an integral member of the executive management team, and is involved with strategic planning, development and growth management, and budgeting.
