After an Emergency

The Emergency Management and Community Engagement (EMCE) Department wants to help you return to your regular activities after an emergency.

1. Ensure immediate safety and contact Emergency Services. Move to a safe location, check for injuries, and contact 911. Use Champion Safe or Campus Safety for incidents.
2. Follow official updates. Monitor LU alerts and social channels.
3. Document and report. Record details and submit an official report.
4. Seek support. Access counseling, medical and academic services.
