CSER Tutorials For Supervisors

To roll over a CSER Service Opportunity:

1. Log in to the CSER Application.
2. Select the Organization on the left-hand sidebar for which you desire to roll over an opportunity.
3. Click the “Rollover Opportunities” button.
4. Select the term(s) in which you would like to roll over the current service opportunity.
5. Submit the form to complete the rollover process.

To remove a supervisor:

• Log in to the CSER Application.
• Select the Organization on the left-hand sidebar for which you desire to remove a supervisor.
• Click “View Organization Page”.
• Click “Edit Page Information”.
• Scroll down to the list of supervisors and click “Remove” for any you wish to remove.
• Click “Update Information” to save the changes.
